As a
Commercial Operations Specialist, you will support the commercial organization by providing business analysis, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Retail Operations, you will help drive data-driven decision-making, improve business transparency, optimize planning processes, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and continuously improve sales, forecasting, and business performance reports.
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
- Analyze sales performance, order intake, order backlog, inventory levels, and stock development, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service to ensure alignment across functions.
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and contribute to planning accuracy.
- Maintain high data quality and support master data management activities.
- Drive continuous improvements in commercial processes, reporting standards, and operational workflows.
- Support Customer Service with operational topics when required.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the key liaison between ic! berlin, HQ functions, international Sales teams, and Retail Operations, ensuring effective communication and alignment on commercial priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional commercial and brand-related initiatives, including sample management and product flow between ic! berlin HQ and the Retail Channel, ensuring operational excellence and timely execution.
