Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Communications Manager will contribute to strengthening ic! berlin’s brand visibility across fashion, lifestyle, design, and optical industry media while ensuring consistent and high-quality brand communication across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the brand’s communications and PR strategy.
- Manage relationships with external PR agencies as well as key consumer lifestyle, fashion, and optical trade media.
- Develop, write, and distribute press materials, product news, and editorial content whilemaintainingstrong relationships with journalists and editors.
- Monitor industry, fashion, design, and retail trends toidentifyrelevant communication opportunities, product seeding initiatives, and media collaborations.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly reporting on press and media coverage for internal stakeholders.
Brand & Marketing Communications
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, and communication initiatives across digital and physical platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across markets.
- Oversee B2B communication channels within the parent company structure, including newsletters, partner communications, and coordination with sales teams, subsidiaries, and distribution partners.
Digital & Website Communication
- Support the website redesign initiative by contributing to the definition of content structure and user journeys for both consumer and B2B audiences.
- Coordinate the development of website copy and editorial content in alignment with brand messaging.
- Manage communication with the website development agency and support the ongoing review and optimization of website content.
